HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MATCH TICKETS?
Tickets are delivered digitally via mobile/app transfer or PDF e-ticket to your registered email/account. Tickets will be issued and delivered approximately 48 hours before match day, subject to organiser/supplier release schedules.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A MATCH IS CANCELLED?
If the organiser/supplier approves a refund, we’ll process it once we receive the refunded funds. If the organiser/supplier provides credit only, we can only issue credit in form of a voucher on the same terms for your next purchase.
CAN I SELECT SPECIFIC SEATS?
You can choose a seat category/area where available, but exact row/seat numbers are usually confirmed only when tickets are issued. If you buy multiple tickets, we’ll provide seats together or the closest available within the same category/area.
ARE THESE TICKETS GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC?
We source tickets through authorised distribution/hospitality channels and deliver them via official transfer methods. If we cannot provide valid tickets before kickoff, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected tickets .
